A Special Kind of Dip

Cheese spread is combined with beer and red pepper sauce for a luscious dip perfect for chips or raw vegetables. Beer and cheese dip is ideal for weekend get-togethers or sports night with friends. This is great for entertaining guests and for pairing with buckets of beer on your next weekend party. All you need to make thisrecipe is three simple ingredients that are easy to find in any grocery store. If you’re tired of the plain and simple cheese dip, spike it up with a bit of beer to give it depth, flavor and complexity. Beer chips are quite the rage these days but you can enjoy it in another form. Use regular potato chips and dip it in this creative recipe for beer lovers. Choose your favorite kind of beer to add to the dip. Ale beer and light beer also goes great with cheese and hot pepper. Avoid those that are too bitter so as not to overwhelm the flavor of the cheese. A bit of sweetness is a good idea. You can also use a pale ale or wheat beer for an interesting body and flavor. What will go best with this recipe is onion rings in beer batter and beer ice cream to cap the night off. Beer and cheese dip is also perfect for days when you are craving for that ice cold beer but can’t afford drink for one reason or another. You can eat as much dip as you like and you are unlikely to get a hangover. And if you are worried about the bulge the chips might cause, you can eat vegetable sticks instead and indulge a bit with the beer and cheese dip. Nachos and tacos also go great with the beer and cheese dip.
