1/4 lb. bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 lb. boiled ham, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz) green beans
1 can (8 oz.) whole kernel corn
Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a medium skillet, over medium-high heat, brown bacon pieces.
2. Transfer bacon to a small soup kettle and add remaining ingredients. Heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until stew is thick. Serve.
